Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ace7. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. ace7 recommends reviewing this document periodically.

1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply equally in the singular and the plural.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility
18+ Policy — Strictly Enforced: The ace7 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gambling or betting activity on this platform. ace7 treats underage gambling as a serious matter and will take immediate action upon discovering that a minor has accessed the platform.
To be eligible to register and use the ace7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum; no exceptions apply under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
- You have not previously had an ace7 account suspended, terminated, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ace7 or any of its affiliated technology or content partners.
- You are registering and playing with your own funds and are not acting on behalf of, or using funds provided by, any other person.
- You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You confirm you are not using gambling as a means to resolve financial difficulties.
ace7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity — including a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any stage of their use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held, pending further investigation.
Parental Responsibility: ace7 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. 3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the ace7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an account on ace7, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any additional details requested during the registration process. You must notify ace7 promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting the support team.
- Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes associated with your account. ace7 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact ace7 support immediately. ace7 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
- Account Transfer: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your ace7 account or any balance within it to any other person under any circumstances.
- Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or at any point during KYC verification is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure without notice.
- Verification Process: ace7 may at any time require you to complete a full KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. The platform typically requires a valid NID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
ace7 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-based login verification, and automated suspicious activity monitoring to protect your account. However, the security of your account also depends on your own vigilance. ace7 recommends using a unique, strong password and never sharing your login details with any third party.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ace7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ace7 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Payment Method Consistency: ace7 applies a payment method consistency policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices. ace7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on the ace7 platform is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance and may be subject to a processing delay or return.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Processing Times: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 working hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- Player Funds: ace7 holds player funds in accounts that are kept separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance represents real money that belongs to you, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ace7 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Any balance remaining in a dormant account is preserved and will be returned to you upon request, subject to identity verification.
- Declined Transactions: ace7 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues with your payment provider, insufficient funds, or transaction limits imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
ace7 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on the platform side. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside ace7's control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports bets and casino game sessions conducted on the ace7 platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual market, game, or event. In the event of a conflict between this section and the specific rules of an individual game or market, the specific rules of that game or market shall prevail.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once ace7 has confirmed its acceptance and a unique bet reference has been assigned. Bets placed on suspended markets, after an event has concluded, or in clear error will be voided and stakes returned.
- Pricing Errors: ace7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are significantly different from the prevailing market price due to a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without deduction.
- Cricket and Sports Betting: All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the specific rules published for each competition. Match-level rules (e.g., rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis application, abandoned matches) are addressed in the sport-specific rule set accessible from the betting interface.
- Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. ace7 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during key match events (e.g., wicket falling, review initiated). Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be accepted or voided at ace7's discretion based on available data at the time of acceptance.
- Casino Game Rules: All casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the rules displayed within the individual game interface. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game is published by the respective game studio and is independently verified.
- Maximum Winnings: ace7 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within defined time periods. Current limits are communicated within the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game session, the decision of ace7 — based on the platform's transaction logs and the relevant game provider's server records — shall be final and binding. 6. Bonuses and Promotions
ace7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer. In all cases, the specific offer terms shall prevail over the general conditions where there is a conflict.
- One Bonus Per Player: Each individual player (identified by name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address) is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual offer terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
- Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is pending, ace7 reserves the right to remove the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
- Seasonal Promotions: ace7 may offer time-limited promotions tied to cricket events (BPL season, IPL tournament, T20 World Cup) or cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh). These promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly before the player opts in.
- Abuse of Bonuses: ace7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all balances forfeited.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the ace7 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and may result in permanent closure of your account:
- Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the ace7 platform, regardless of the purpose.
- Identity Fraud: Registering with false personal details, impersonating another person, or using fabricated or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market, including sharing cards, chip dumping, or match-fixing.
- Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial means to place bets, play games, or interact with the ace7 platform without genuine human input.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets or play games at terms that would not normally be available.
- Money Laundering: Using the ace7 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of funds in any way.
- Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward ace7 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for any person under 18.
ace7 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in Bangladesh and internationally in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, and identity theft. Player account records, transaction histories, and communication logs may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law or court order.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
ace7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
- Voluntary Closure: Players may request permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting ace7 support. Before closing, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period — ranging from 30 days to permanent — via the account settings page or by contacting support. - Enforcement Closure: Where an account is closed by ace7 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse), any balance held may be forfeited in whole or in part at ace7's discretion. ace7 will provide a written explanation within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
- Reactivation: Players who have voluntarily closed their account or completed a self-exclusion period may request reactivation by contacting support. Accounts closed due to enforcement action or permanent self-exclusion may not be reactivated.
ace7 retains the right to retain player account records and transaction data for a minimum period of 5 years following account closure, in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements and to assist in the resolution of any future disputes.
